The members of YUVA Tourism Club, Amity Institute of Travel and Tourism, Amity University, Mumbai secured third position in the Inter College Quiz Competition held on 25th January 2023 at National Gallery of Modern Arts, Mumbai to mark the celebration of National Tourism Day. The quiz was sponsored and organised by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
The team of Amity Institute of Travel and Tourism, Amity University, Mumbai comprised of four participants led by Dr. Sachin Kumar Behera, Coordinator of YUVA Tourism Club. Mr. Mehran Sahibole, Mr. Akshay Patil, Ms. Akansha Tandel and Mr. Rohan Khude gave a tough fight to the 10 prominent colleges of Mumbai region and secured the third position.
The winners were awarded with trophies , certificates, and Incredible India goodies by Ms. Bhavna Shinde, Assistant Director, Indiatourism Mumbai (Ministry of Tourism, Government of India) and Ms. Nazneen Banu, Director of National Gallery of Modern Arts, Mumbai (Ministry of Culture, Government of India).
