Overview of the Award


Introduction:

The Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) Executive Certificate & Diploma in Management provides a framework for developing the skills and knowledge needed at first line and middle management levels. This Award has been developed specifically for the international market, recognising the growing importance of employees working across geographic and cultural borders. The purpose of the Award is to develop new and existing management skills and knowledge, thereby enhancing the competency levels of an organisation.
