Structure of the Award

The Award is divided into 2 sections, the Executive Certificate, normally taken first and the Executive Diploma, taken later. The Executive Diploma builds on the skills and knowledge of the Executive Certificate.

To achieve the Executive Certificate in Management, candidates must successfully complete:

· Assignments in each of the five assessed core modules;
· An assignment in one optional module;
· The Management File which relates to the introductory module 'Managing Yourself' and is supported with evidence from the whole programme;
· The overarching Case Study covering all core modules.
