Amity Law School (ALS) has state-of-the-art academic block, moot court, ICT enabled lecture theatre and Legal Aid Clinic.

Moot Court

A moot court competition simulates arbitration, analysis and a regular court hearing. This facility helps students to prepare a case study, petitions, public interest litigation, understand relevant laws, present oral arguments, and carry out research studies about various domains of Law. The state-of-the-art moot court has modern facility viz three projection screens, sound system, CCTV and other logistics.

Lecture Theatre

The Lecture Theatres are designed to facilitate effective teaching-learning, presentation and simulation. The ICT enabled theatres have projection screen and a seating capacity of 72 persons. It is designed with acoustic-friendly aesthetics and provides conducive environment for learning and research activities.

 

Legal Aid Clinic

The Legal Aid Clinic has been established as per the guidelines of Bar Council of India. It supports crusades for land rights, social and gender empowerment, against discrimination, hate speech and moral policing. Legal Aid Clinic works at grass-root level and is committed to support developing an ethical legal culture, which promotes the rule of law. It organises redressal camps on regular basis, particularly in rural and remote areas. The Legal Aid Clinic team members help citizens to resolve civil issues with the intervention of legal authorities and local administration. It also aims in spreading awareness about the laws and rights of people.

Library

The well-equipped library has various online journals like Manupatra and SCC, over 4200 books on legal studies. The library has a repository of books, journals, publications, magazines, articles and case studies that help in research activities and dynamic learning.
