Peer Review Process

All submissions to the AMR are initially reviewed by the Editor’s desk. At this initial review, if it is felt that they are not of sufficient quality or not relevant to the journal, manuscripts may be rejected without peer review. This fast rejection process results into a quick decision to the author(s) who are not required to wait for the complete review process to get the verdict on publication.

Manuscripts that are not instantly rejected are sent out for double-blind peer review, usually to two independent reviewers and as per the COPE guidelines. Based on the feedback from these reviewers and the Editors’ judgment a decision is given on the manuscript within 45 to 60 days.
