Prof Pauline shared her views on Employee voice, the right mechanism, the key features of participation and why it is important for effective organisational outcomes. She discussed different perspectives of employee voice and key strengths of HRM systems. The role of individual managers in empowering their team members, to make decisions and creating a sense of belongingness with the team were very well presented.
