Copyright Transfer Agreement: Authors will be required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) for all papers accepted for publication. Submission of a signed CTA is a mandatory condition of publication, and papers will not be forwarded for production unless the duly signed agreement has been received.

Rights: All research articles will be copyrighted by the Amity Business Journal (ABJ). However, authors are granted the right to reprint the article, in whole or in part, in any work written, co-authored, edited, or co-edited by them. Any other party must obtain prior written permission from ABJ to reprint or electronically distribute an article.
