Peer Review And Publication Policy

Amity Business Journal is a bi-annual, peer-reviewed journal. The review process begins with an initial screening by the Editor, which includes a preliminary assessment of the manuscript and a plagiarism check. Manuscripts that meet the journal’s basic requirements are then forwarded for double-blind peer review to three independent reviewers, who are experts in the relevant subject area.

The Editor makes the final publication decision after receiving and evaluating comments from all three reviewers. The Editor has full responsibility and authority to accept or reject a manuscript. The editorial decision-making process is conducted without any conflict of interest with respect to the acceptance or rejection of articles.

This review policy is established to ensure the publication of high-quality, original research across diverse areas of management and business studies.
