Amity Business School, Lucknow Campus, faculty has been regularly engaged in conducting training in prominent organisations in the areas of leadership, motivation, capacity building, counseling, stress management and managerial skills.
Some organisations that have organized guest lectures are Family Planning Association of India, Larson and Tubro, Bankers Institute of Rural Development, Direct Tax Regional Training Institute - Lucknow (Income Tax Department), Training Institute for Judicial Services. Many workshops focusing on concepts, applications and skill development on research methodology using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) were conducted. ABS faculty has been constantly engaged in conducting training in the core management areas such as management, behavioural practices, team building, leadership, personality development and motivation. These trainings aim to enhance leadership skills among students to boost their effectiveness as managers.
