Amity School of Communication Lucknow organized alumni interaction under Alumni Connect. The speaker of the session, Ms. Anmol Ratan Singh (BJMC Batch 2011-14), Head- Strategy Analyst, Moshi Moshi Media, Bangalore shared how her alma mater played a vital role in shaping her and gave her experience to deal with work crisis. She gave tips to students on how to handle crisis on social media platforms and how to engage audience despite in crisis of content. She recommended that when handling social media platforms for any organization one must be very vigilant about the policies and rules and should follow the social media policy of the organization. She also suggested that one should already draft a crisis communication plan in advance. 130 students attended the session. This session was moderated by Ms. Sameeksha Srinet, student, Amity School of Communication.
