Gyan is only available in state of Uttar Pradesh with its headquarter located in Lucknow. The main objective of the factory visit was to give a hands-on experience about the procuring, manufacturing, processing and packaging of dairy products and their marketing strategies and to analyse the consumer behaviour towards a commodity which is consumed on a daily basis as a habit. Students had an interactive session with Ms. Leela Dangwal (Marketing Manager).
She discussed about the various factors which contributes towards consumer behaviour like: customer life cycle, pester power of kids who majorly influence the purchase decision making process. 27 students visited the factory.
