	You can either pay online by credit card OR through demand draft of Rs. 1100/- in the name of "Amity Form", payable at New Delhi.
	Send the printed Application Form with photograph affixed, all educational mark sheets till last completed exam and Demand Draft (if not paid online) to the respective campus, you are appliying to

Important Note
	The status of Application form receiving will be updated only after printed copy of the form is received at respective admission office.
	After filling in the page 1, a form number and password is allotted and displayed on the second page. Notedown this information for future reference.
	In case you are not able to complete the form now, you shall login with the form number and password to fill-in the remaining detail and take print out later.
