A workshop by Amity School of Fashion Design & Technology from 23rd - 25th January, 2024
Amity School of Fashion Design & Technology in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) department, organised an Innovative workshop tailored for the students of 6th & 4th Semester, from 23-25 January 2024, where they showcase the artistry of draping using fabric & paper.
The workshop for university students aimed to develop sustainable skills in fashion design. Participants learned draping techniques using sustainable fabric and buttons, emphasizing eco-friendly practices like upcycling. The workshop encouraged creative expression and experimentation with unconventional materials. Culminating in a showcase, it enhanced students' confidence and personal growth through hands-on learning and teamwork.
