An industrial visit to Napino Auto and Electrical Ltd organized by CRC on 17th August, 2023
Corporate Research Centre of Amity University Gurugram organized an industrial visit to Napino Auto and Electrical Ltd, Manesar, on 17th August, 2023 for the students of Amity Business School. Industry visits being an integral part of MBA Industry Interface and Economics, the students get an insights into the real working of industry in operation through such visits, wherein they could comprehend its structure, policy implementation and floor execution in entirety.
Mr. Aditya Sinha (Head, Corporate HR) and Sweta Gumansingh (Senior HR) were present as the expert speakers, who demonstrated knowledge about the company’s production process pollution control practices, technical hygiene and quality control. During the technical presentation, the students also got a chance to learn about the various electronic and automobile products which the company offers to their client companies. A total of 20 students and 2 faculty members participated in the program.
In conclusion, the industrial visit to Napino Auto and Electrical Ltd was an enriching experience for all the participants as learnt about various operations of the industry like manufacturing, production management and marketing of the products through the B2B model. It also helped the students in fostering industry connections, which would aid in their future training and placements.
