On the 29th of August 2024, an engaging Guest Lecture titled "Expert Guest Session with Prof. Somesh Singh, Co-Founder of Craft Village" took place at the A block, MDP Room, AUH. The event, organized by the Corporate Resource Center in collaboration with the IIC Incubation Centre at AUH, was an institutional-level initiative. It witnessed the active participation of 53 students from ABS (MBA) and five faculty members. 

The event began with a warm welcome from Mr. Manoj Sahani, Director CRC, and Head of Industry Integration at AUH, followed by a brief introduction of the guest speaker, Prof. Somesh Singh. Prof. Somesh Singh, with over two decades of entrepreneurship and rich academic experience, addressed the audience on the theme of "Building Creative Businesses for Sustainability." His insightful session covered various aspects of entrepreneurship, emphasizing its potential for creating positive impacts on individuals, communities, and economies. Prof. Singh also highlighted the importance of craft villages in fostering livelihoods and artistry, the role of innovation in entrepreneurship, and the qualities essential for entrepreneurial success.
