Project Title: IOT Based AQI Detection

Description: Ganesh presented this project on 13th Convocation AUR in front of Chancellor. He developed an IoT-based Air Quality Monitoring System that collects, analyzes, and predicts air quality data in real time. Integrated sensors (MQ2, MQ3, M7, GP2Y1010AUF) with a Raspberry Pi to monitor pollutants. Built Python-based APIs for seamless data communication and stored real-time data in MySQL. Implemented a Linear Regression model with 85% accuracy to predict the next day's AQI. Developed an Android app using Java and XML to display real-time and predicted AQI. This project showcases my expertise in IoT, machine learning, API design, database management, and mobile app development.

Project Title: Exposing the dangers of Quishing and Smishing - A Real Time Cyber-Attack Emulation

• Embedded a specially crafted reverse shell payload within an apk.
• Hosted a http server using python3 for uploading the apk
• Demonstrated an example environment where a user scans and downloads it from an authorized source, say the admin department.
• Extracted call logs, contacts, SMS messages, screenshots and screen recordings of the current state of the phone.
• Recorded whatever was in the environment through the microphone of the compromised device
• Managed to gather intelligence of the compromised device and using the device and the C2 server, sent messages to important contacts requesting money (through his mobile number)
• Successfully demonstrated an Advanced Persistent Threat attack scenario.

Yash Sharma, student of BCA received the Best Paper Award for his paper titled "Firewall Content Filtering: The Key to Secure Internet Access" at the International Conference on Computing Innovations (ICCI-2025) organized by Sophia Girls' College (Autonomous), Ajmer held on 3rd–4th February 2025.

Project Title: Revolutionizing Amputation Care via Prosthetic Design and Machine Learning Innovations

Roopali Sahwan Sharma, Research Scholar received the Best Paper Presenter Award for her paper titled "Revolutionizing Amputation Care via Prosthetic Design and Machine Learning Innovations" at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Device Computing, Communication, and Signal Processing (AIDCCSP-2024) organized by National Institute of Technology (NIT), Hamirpur during the conference held on 20th–22nd December 2024.
