GENDER SENSITIZATION TRAINING BY POSHC

In view of the complaints received as well as agenda of Prevention of Sexual Harassment Cell a Gender Sensitization Training for Campus staff was organized from 10^th to 11^th July 2023 in three batches at Multipurpose Hall AUUP Lucknow Campus.
The training was successfully organized by POSHC (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Cell) and AASHA Club in collaboration with Phia Foundation, an International NGO, under guidance of Director ACEPH, Prof (Dr) Manju Agrawal and Patronship of Hon’ble Dy Pro VC, Wg Cdr (Dr) Anil Kumar. Dr Prachi Srivastava (AIB), Dr Meenakshee Srivastava and Mr Kuldeep Kumar sports officer, coordinated the event.
Ms Arti, from Phia Foundation, an esteemed International NGO, known for their expertise and commitment to gender sensitization conducted the training in three batches for approximately 205 personnel comprising faculty, hostel staff mess staff, academic coordinators, office staff, computer operators, drivers, conductors, security staff and other staff for enhancing their gender awareness.
Nominated Student Gender Champions of AASHA Club played a vital role in making the training a grand success.
