Guest Lecture Cum WorkshopFRONT OFFICE on The workshop was conducted by Amity School of hospitality on 11th October2023 from 10.30 am to 13.30 pm. The session was meant FRONT OFFICE course. All the students of BHM and BBA tourism participated to gain the insight from the workshop. Various modules of PMS IDS are being briefed by the guest speaker The most important functions include front-desk operations, reservations, channel management, housekeeping, rate and occupancy management, and payment processing which was explained and practiced by students in the form of case study.
