Event Brief

One day workshop–cum-guest lecture on Bakery & Confectionery was conducted for all batches of BHM program by inviting two chefs from the industry so as to serve the following purpose.

  • To provide hands-on training to the students to prepare various types of breads, pastries, cookies and other confectionery products.
  • To update the students and faculty members with the recent trends, practices and method of preparation being followed in the hotels to prepare various types of breads, pastries and confectionery products.
  • To give students and faculty members an opportunity to interact with industry professionals and experts.
