The Department of Architecture focuses on the study and practice of architecture. It typically offers undergraduate and graduate programs, emphasizing design principles, construction technology, urban planning, and historical context. Students engage in studio courses, where they develop architectural projects, and study courses covering architectural theory, history, and building science. The department often encourages creativity, critical thinking, and a holistic understanding of the built environment. Graduates may pursue careers as architects, urban planners, or researchers, contributing to the design and development of aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable structures within communities.

This academic programme describes how to build a variety of structures that satisfy functional and aesthetic needs while taking into account cost effectiveness, structural stability, and the interaction of people with the built environment. Function, Purpose, and factors in designing buildings that complement existing structures and offer services with astute and economical implementation to minimize their adverse effects on the environment.

The programme also focuses on setting the standard for research-led teaching by utilizing innovative design pedagogy to deliver top-notch instruction and learning opportunities. Modern Workshops and Labs encourage a creative and imaginative atmosphere. The program's core consists of studio-based courses that provide practical instruction for handling real-world assignments. It equips students to tackle obstacles in the actual world. A national and international presence that links instructors and students with cutting-edge universities to provide everyone with extensive exposure and a stimulating learning environment.
