Being a student is an experience shared by many and yet, every person has a unique way to live their lives. Amity University augmented that individuality within me by putting me through situations that made me stronger, bolder and brimming with confidence. There are a multitude of aspects that shaped me but the most important of all is the range of their course. The three-year course covered all the imperative topics in literature and motivated me to create more and more of my own assuring me that someday my work would be studied as well. Throughout the three years, I’ve lived various lives as characters and authors from works of every literary age, each of them imbedded within me. All the professors who stood by my relentless doubts and questions, never showcasing a hint of annoyance when there were many moments they could have, highlight the quality of the faculty of the Amity School of Languages and their impressive dedication in shaping a better future for all their students.

I have always loved reading and writing, and B.A. English (H) was the perfect course for me to pursue my passion. Studying at Amity University Mumbai, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best teachers and mentors in the field of English literature and language. They not only taught me the basics of linguistics, translation studies, and Literary criticism, but also exposed me to a wide range of literary genres, periods, and cultures. One of the best things about B.A. English (H) was the flexibility and choice it offered. I also had the chance to participate in various extracurricular activities, such as the literary club (AmiLitz), the Harry Potter event, the Annual literary Magazine, and the various other literature related events. These activities helped me develop my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, as well as my confidence and personality.B.A. English has prepared me well for my future endeavours. I have gained valuable knowledge and skills that are applicable to any career path I choose. I have also developed a lifelong love for learning and literature, which I hope to share with others. B.A. English (H) was not just a degree for me, but a journey of discovery and growth.

The Language and Literature Department at our university has truly been a cornerstone of my academic journey, igniting within me a passion for the written word that I never knew existed. The professors within this department are not only experts in their fields but also compassionate mentors who go above and beyond to support their students' growth and development. Through their guidance, I've delved into the depths of literary analysis, explored diverse cultural narratives, and honed my writing skills to a level I never thought possible. The department's vibrant community has provided me with endless opportunities for intellectual discourse and collaboration, while its commitment to experiential learning has allowed me to apply classroom knowledge to real-world contexts. In every sense, the Language and Literature Department has transformed my academic experience, shaping me into a more critical thinker, empathetic reader, and confident communicator.

I am incredibly impressed with the education department, Liberal arts at Amity University Mumbai. The faculty members are not only knowledgeable and experienced but also deeply committed to the success of their students. The curriculum is well-designed, providing a comprehensive understanding of educational theory and practice. The department encourages a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. Thanks to the exceptional education I received at amity university. I feel well-prepared to embark on a successful career in the field of education.

Master of Social Work

The Amity Institute of Liberal Arts (AILA) provides multiple numbers of programs such as BSW, MSW etc. I would like to express my gratitude towards faculties of Amity Institute of Liberal Arts (AILA) for giving high level of encouragement support and care towards students which helps students to build a successful career. Students get a high exposure towards a successful future, such as ‘Field Work’ and rural trip helps to understand the areas of rural India and ‘Fieldwork’ helps to working in different fields of industry such as communities, medical and corporate sectors. Pursuing Master of Social Work (MSW) from Amity Institute of Liberal Arts (AILA) leads to a successful future. Lastly, I would like to thank all the faculties of Amity Institute of Liberal Arts (AILA).

I am very greatful.. for being part of Amity University Mumbai, choosing Amity for my master's degree in social work as offered me wide range of different experience and also given me a comprehensive curriculum covering various aspects of social work theory, practice, and research etc..And most importantly they have provided us with a fieldwork placements to gain practical experience in diverse settings such as NGOs, government agencies, or community organizations.
