We are pleased to inform that Amity University, Maharashtra celebrated 76th Independence Day (15th August 2022) on Physical mode with great enthusiasm. The celebrations begun with the Parade and Flag Hoisting done by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. A W Santhoshkumar at 9:00 am. Director Hostel and Security Col. Sharanjit gave opening remark and then invited Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. A W Santhoshkumar to address all gathered.
The occasion was graced by Registrar, Dean Academics, Director Administration, Head of Institutions, Directors of School, Faculy Members, Head of Departments, Administrative Staffs and Students. After the flag hoisting, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor planted a sapling on campus. Also a video on National War Memorial was streamed on MS Team where almost all AUM Staffs, Faculty Members & Students joined to pay their respect to the nation.
Amity University, Mumbai has been actively celebrating 26th January - Republic Day as well as 15th August - Independence Day right from the first year of its inception.
