It is with pride and enthusiasm that I share the output of the Directorate of Research and Publication, which highlights some of the many scholarly, research and creative achievements of Amity University Madhya Pradesh. AUMP's commitment to excellence in research is a core institutional value and the foundation on which our exciting academic environment is built.

AUMP is a research-intensive University committed to enhancing the well-being of the communities we serve. We strive to make positive change for our researchers and students, campuses, and communities. Through our work, we seek to contribute to the scientific and social health of our society. We strongly believe in the power of research, creativity, education, and dialogue to transform ourselves and the world around us for the better. AUMP faculty and the professional institute conduct ambitious, ground-breaking research that cuts across traditional academic boundaries.

In the Directorate of Research and Publication, we possess an enduring commitment to critical inquiry and the pursuit of knowledge that comes from many differing perspectives and ways of knowing. We offer expertise from across many disciplines to build novel tools and original strategies to tackle the problems we, as a society, are currently facing, most notably, the global pandemic.

Funding support from Government agencies viz DST, DBT, DRDO and MPCST makes it possible for us to accelerate initiatives that shape the AUMP's future direction and sustainability, broadening our impact in communities. With this support, our faculty is exploring new ways to approach complex challenges like developing clean energy storage systems, microstrip moisture sensors, a system for power generation, power distribution and power transmission with IOT connectivity, biomedical IOT devices, polymer nanocomposites, thin film technology, development of nanoparticles for drug delivery systems, new materials for detection of toxicants and providing affordable solutions faced by people.

We are also forging synergistic networks and novel collaborations through industry and government partnerships. Our collaborative research projects are creating quality employment and training, which in turn benefits our students and improves the quality of research. Our doors are always open to collaboration as we seek solutions to the most pressing scientific and societal challenges.

I am inspired by the many ways that AUMP researchers are rising to meet the challenges of the 21st century. They bridge the bounds of possibility to reality.
