Go kart design challenge is a contest formulated to enhance the approach of students practising engineering and diploma courses. This event is fundamentally all about designing and fabricating a Go Kart at very low expenditure. Students of mechanical 3rd year have registered their team in this contest and submitted the initial report and cleared the Pre final round involving the design report presentation. The fabrication of the final model is under process. Model was designed and analysed in the Ansys software for the selection of material and to check the design constraints and weight constraints. The final round of the contest is in February where students will be presenting their fabricated model in the contest.
