Achintya Gauranga Das led another session on “Time Management,” offering insights into how disciplined scheduling and mindful prioritization enhance productivity. The workshop emphasized spiritual alignment and practical strategies for daily routine improvement. Coordinated by Dr. Divya Anand and Dr. Jayadev Parida, the session addressed both student and professional time challenges.

Dr. Tanu Kashyap, Assistant Professor (AIESR), conducted the AIIS Placement Workshop-II on “Group Discussion and Interview.” Drawing from her books on confidence and success, she offered strategies for effective communication, self-presentation, and handling interviews. The interactive session included mock exercises and feedback-based learning

Achintya Gauranga Das from The Akshaya Patra Foundation conducted a workshop titled “Art of Mind Control,” focusing on mental discipline and emotional intelligence. He shared spiritual and psychological insights on how to manage thoughts, habits, and reactions effectively. Coordinated by Dr. Shreesh K Pathak and Dr. Jayadev Parida, the session merged traditional wisdom with contemporary life coaching.

To mark International Women’s Day, AIIS organized an essay writing competition on the theme “Women Empowerment,” coordinated by Dr. Divya Anand. Around 45 students submitted essays, and three were shortlisted for their insightful and unique views. The event emphasized the importance of women's contributions in leadership, strategic roles, and policymaking, urging society to challenge gender norms. The celebration was both reflective and empowering, showcasing students’ engagement with issues of equality and justice.

Mr. Areeb Anwar, Country Manager at The Student Promise, delivered a workshop on “Life Beyond Studies.” He addressed students on managing transitions from academic life to career and personal development. Emphasis was placed on life skills, mental well-being, and building purpose-driven goals. Dr. Jayadev Parida coordinated the event.

The Amity Institute of International Studies commemorated International Yoga Day on 21 June 2021 with a virtual event held from 4:30 to 5:00 PM. The session encouraged participants to embrace holistic well-being through guided yoga practices. Emphasizing balance, mindfulness, and health, the event highlighted yoga’s contribution to mental peace and resilience—particularly relevant in a world shaped by stress and uncertainty. The session fostered a sense of community through shared wellness values.
