On 27 March 2024, the Amity Institute of International Studies hosted a panel discussion titled “Reimagining Borders in South Asia,” moderated by Dr. Dhananjay Tripathi, Chairperson and Associate Professor at South Asian University. The panel featured Utkarsh Garg, Varsha Das, Poulina Banerjee, Sreerupa Basu, and Abhinav Anurag. The discussion explored the political, cultural, and socio-economic dimensions of borders in South Asia, emphasizing alternative imaginaries, cross-border identities, and regional cooperation in a fragmented geopolitical landscape.
