Mentor-Mentee Programme
Mentor-Mentee Programme has always been emphasized by the Founder President. A session on 'Empathetic Listening' was conducted for the faculty by Dr. Mona Sharma to orient them towards the Mentor-Mentee programme. The faculty were oriented towards the programme and there were interactive sessions held to discuss the practicalities and method of evaluation. Getting started guidelines were formulated as do’s and do’nts for mentors to keep in their minds during their sessions with mentees. A mentoring alliance is to be signed between the mentor and mentee to formulate requisite and achievable goals. An Attribute Tracker Modeled on 100 Attributes for Amitians envisioned by Founder President is used for evaluating the progress and growth on the students.
