Objectives of the Workshop:

  • To help in the proper choice of courses
  • To minimise the mismatching between education and employment and help in the efficient use
  • of manpower

  • To identify and motivate the students from weaker sections of society

  • To help the students in their period of turmoil and confusion

  • Narrow down the list of the careers based on their strengths
  • Set career plan about what additional skill they want to pursue to career of their choice.

Feedback: 70 students from Commerce, Science, Arts and 10 teachers from school attended the workshop. As per the feedback received from participants the overall experience of the Workshop was excellent and the participant’s wants to do such type of workshop again and again as they learned various things about choose career after 12th class. Carrier counselling was conducted by Dr.Kishan Singh Rathore and Dr.Meenakshi Tripathi.

This workshop was successfully conducted with proper guidance of Honourable Officiating VC Prof. (Dr.) Anil Vashisht and Director, Amity Business School,Gwalior, to encourage and motivate to counselling students to achieve their career goals.
