Global Hospitality Expert Prof. Dipra Jha Highlights the Future of AI-Driven Luxury Hospitality, at Amity University
Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism, Amity University Noida campus, organized a Master Class on "Luxury Reimagined 5.0: AI, Experience Design & the Future of Hospitality Excellence" by Prof. (Dr.) Dipra Jha, Global Educator in Luxury Hospitality & International Business, Washington State University, USA, for the students.
Addressing the students, Prof. (Dr.) Dipra Jha said that Artificial Intelligence has become a powerful enabler of creativity and innovation, transforming the hospitality industry by delivering personalized guest experiences and enhancing operational efficiency. He emphasized that success in global hospitality requires cultural intelligence, as professionals must understand and appreciate diverse cultures while engaging with guests and colleagues across the world.
Speaking on the changing definition of luxury, Prof. Jha remarked, "Luxury in 2026 is defined by authenticity, emotional connections and highly personalized experiences rather than ownership or material possessions. AI is becoming the backbone of luxury hospitality, transforming every guest interaction from check-in to check-out while allowing hospitality professionals to focus more on meaningful human engagement and exceptional service."
He highlighted that the hospitality industry is rapidly adopting Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Service Automation (RAISA) technologies through applications such as AI-powered personalization, chatbots, robotic delivery services, self-check-in and check-out kiosks, and smart food service systems. He identified hyper-local luxury, wellness-centric architecture, AI-curated travel experiences, privacy as a premium offering, and seamless integration of digital and physical experiences as the key trends shaping Hospitality 5.0.
Motivating the students, Prof. Jha said, "Amity University provides students with a toolkit in the form of a degree, however, lifelong learning, adaptability and skill enhancement will define success in their professional career.”
