Deekshaarambh Orientation 2026
On 12th September 2026, Amity University Patna organized Deekshaarambh Orientation 2026 at Gyan Bhawan, Gandhi Maidan, Patna. The orientation programme welcomed the batch of new students starting their academic journey at Amity University Patna.
The programme commenced with the Divine Blessings and Lighting of the Lamp, marking an auspicious beginning to the occasion in the presence of Mr. U Ramachandran, Hon’ble Senior Vice President, Amity Education Group, Dr. Preeti Sahni, Respected Vice President, Amity Education Group, Prof. (Dr.) Vivekanand Pandey, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Amity University Patna, Dr. Sushil Kumar, Respected Controller of Examination, AUP, Respected Registrar, AUP, Dr. Kishore Bhattacharjee, Dr. Shashi Shekhar, Professor & Director, Amity School of Engineering and Technology, AUP and Mr. Amitesh Kumar, Assistant Director, Marketing & Operations, AUP.
This was followed by the Welcome Address delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Vivekanand Pandey, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Amity University Patna, who extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests, students and parents. In his address, he inspired the students to embrace every opportunity for learning, remain committed to excellence and approach their academic journey with confidence, curiosity and determination.
The highlight of the orientation 2026 was the address by Mr. U Ramachandran, Hon’ble Senior Vice President, Amity Education Group. The ceremony was enriched by the mesmerizing and inspiring words of the Hon’ble Senior Vice President.
During the programme students also received the blessings of the Hon’ble Chancellor, Amity University Patna, Dr. Atul Chauhan, who addressed the gathering and shared his words of guidance and encouragement.
The formal proceedings concluded with a Vote of Thanks, followed by the National Anthem, marking the dignified conclusion of the programme.
The event was followed by Hi Tea at Gyan Bhawan, Patna, providing an opportunity for the guests and attendees to interact and connect in an informal setting.
