    1. Activities in ADSI( Amity Directorate of Science & Innovation)

    Maintaining Patent database of AMITY UNIVERSITY and Other campuses, Status updating for the filed Patent Applications from Indian Patent Office at all stages. To facilitate information, orientation, promotion and facilities to scientists, researchers on filing of provisional/complete patent specification.
    • Speaker for the round table conferences on research & Innovation at different Amity University campuses addressing Augmentation of Projects and Intellectual Property Right creation & Management, We at Amity University has been consistently maintaining its second position after IIT in terms of Patent Filing, and running more than 135 funded Projects from different funding agencies through our mission patents/projects/publications.
    • I got the privilege to draft the AMITY UNIVERSE ‘Intellectual Property Rights Policy’.
    • Consistent patent status update from Indian Patent Office
    • Instrumental in Grant of Amity’s First Patent on 10/08/2015 as IN 267958
    • PCT APPLICATION PROCESSING- PCT Process on Rootonics with broadening of claims,another provisional filing,and finally completed the International filing of PCT by 04 July 2014.
    • As per the Dynamic to view ‘month of request for examination for which FER is being issued (All Locations) For our Patent Applications wherein RFE has already been filed, Status of current Dynamic utilities model that shows RQ to be processed for the RFE filed in the current status months and years, Applications for which First Examination Report (FER) has not been communicated within stipulated time period; register our grievances for the same, to expedite the Patent process.
    • Made around 250 patent applications resolved for their technical issues for their publication and keep a vigil on applications nearing publication timeline and keep a vigil on applications nearing publication timeline.
    • Institutional Review Meetings for Augmentation of Patents, Publications and Projects- Arrange and organize Institutional Review meetings in a regular time interval.
    • Submission of funded Research Projects from Amity University to different funding agencies- coordinate on Research Project schemes circulation to the targeted faculties concerning the research area and make follow ups to get the projects submitted.
    • Preparation of the mandate and the outline of the major Activities undertaken by the NRDC-Amity Innovation Facilitation Centre
