    Dr. Tamanna Saxena is an Assistant Professor with Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences, Noida. She has an experience of more than 17 years. Before joining Amity, She has been teaching at University of Delhi, NIPCCD, Ministry of Women and Child Development. Along with that she has worked on Research Projects of AIIIMS, WHO, University of Minnesota, U.S.A.
    Being a Child Development expert, her areas of Interest are Moral Development, Cognition, Spirituality, Play and Play Therapy in Children. She has her PhD in Psychology on the topic “Spirituality and Wisdom as predictors for Moral Development in Adolescents” from Amity University Uttar Pradesh Noida. She is UGC-NET qualified. She incorporates various strategies in her teaching alongwise she encourages students to undertake research. Several students have taken up Play therapy, Art therapy as a profession after her teaching of the same. She has conducted various Workshops,Trainings for Teachers,Parents,Children and Adolescents.She has been on the Scientific Board of Research Conferences.along with that she has presented Research Papers in various National and International Conferences and have published chapters in Books.
    Her motto in life is “Don’t Ever Limit Yourself. We can go as far as our mind lets us. What We Believe, we can achieve."
