  • Research Interests
He has more than 12 years of research experience in conservation genetics and wildlife forensics of large carnivores (Bengal tiger, Leopard, Snow leopard, Himalayan Brown bear and Asiatic Black bear). His broad research interest lies in the field of conservation genetics, wildlife forensic genetics and ecological genomics of threatened mammals. I am keen to link the genetic/genomic information of wild mammals with traditional ecological data for understanding how climate change, anthropogenic activities and demographic change influences evolutionary dynamics of threatened mammals
  • Teaching Interests
He is interested in teaching the basics of conservation genetics, Evolutionary Genomics wildlife forensics, and physiology.
