Experience
Dr. Dipanwita Biswas is an academician and researcher in the field of Management, with a specialization in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
Her Doctoral thesis focuses on servant leadership, psychological climate, employee engagement, and turnover intention. With prior professional experience in industry and several years of teaching experience, she brings a strong blend of practical insight and academic rigor to the classroom and research.
As the Alumni Coordinator in ALS, she actively works to strengthen alumni engagement and institutional connections. She is passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and contributing meaningful research to the academic community.
