    Ms. Archana Aggarwal is an Assistant Professor (III) at Amity Law School, Noida, with over a decade of experience in academics and the legal profession. She has been associated with Amity Law School, Noida since July 2014, where she is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic development.

    She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in 2002 from Lakshmibai College, University of Delhi, followed by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2005 from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.

    She further pursued her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in 2010 from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Ms. Aggarwal qualified the UGC NET (Law) examination in 2012.

    Prior to joining academia full-time, she gained valuable industry experience as Assistant Manager (Legal) at IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company from November 2012 to June 2014. She has also worked as a Assistant Professor in the private sector from November 2010 to July 2012.

    Her research interests focus on the interface between law and technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence and its impact on the legal system. She is the author of Role of Artificial Intelligence in Indian Legal System published by Bloomsbury, and Justice by Algorithm: Legal & Ethical Dimensions of AI published by Blue Buck Publications.
