Experience
Dr. Trapti Varshney is an Assistant Professor of Law and Program Leader at Amity Law School, Noida. With nearly five years of experience in legal teaching and research, she specializes in Intellectual Property Rights, AI, and emerging areas of technology law. She teaches LL.M., LL.B., and integrated programme students and has successfully supervised more than 20 LL.M. dissertations, several undergraduate research projects. She is actively involved in curriculum development, moot court coordination, and institutional academic responsibilities.
She holds a Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University on “Doctrine of Exhaustion and Parallel Imports under the TRIPS Regime” and has an established research profile with publications in Scopus-indexed and UGC Care journals, edited books, and numerous book chapters. Dr. Varshney regularly presents papers at national and international conferences and participates in faculty development programmes. Her academic approach emphasizes research excellence, interdisciplinary engagement, and dedicated student mentorship.
