Experience
Priyanka Gupta is an Assistant Professor of Law at Amity Law School, Noida, with over three years of academic experience. She is UGC-NET qualified and holds an LL.M. from National Law University, Delhi. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Law, with her doctoral research focusing on Rehabilitation and Aftercare of Women Convicts in India.
Prior to joining academia, she gained approximately one and a half years of litigation exposure, practicing before various courts across Delhi, an experience that continues to inform her practical and research-oriented teaching approach. Her academic interests include criminal law, gender justice, arbitration, and commercial laws.
