Experience
Dr Kaur is an academician with experience of working as an Associate Researcher in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice and as a Public Policy Professional in the IPR Department of various Associations of India. She had been a visiting Faculty at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. She has earned her Law Degree from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies. She is a Gold Medalist in LL.M from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU in Intellectual Property Rights. She did her Ph.D from the same University. Dr Kaur is an active teacher and mentor, offering courses in Intellectual Property Rights, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Human Rights and supervising student research on contemporary issues related to Artificial Intelligence, Data Privacy, Metaverse, etc. She has received Awards and Honors and regularly speaks at academic conferences and symposia. Dr Kaur is a member of Asian Pacific Copyright Association (APCA).
She has published numerous papers on contemporary issues in Top Law Reviews in Taylor and Francis and Peer Reviewed Journals/ edited books, UGC Care Listed Journals and presented Papers in International Conferences (organised by APCA at Hong Kong in 2024 and China in 2025). She has also edited numerous books, applying legal theory to real-world issues in fields such as constitutional law, human rights, intellectual property rights etc.
