Dr. Amit Dhall is an academician and legal scholar with extensive expertise in banking law, taxation, business law, and technology law. He is actively engaged in postgraduate and doctoral-level teaching, research supervision, and academic writing. His scholarly interests include artificial intelligence and sustainable development goals (SDGs), online gaming taxation in India, corporate governance, competition law, and financial regulatory frameworks.
Dr. Dhall has contributed to curriculum design, LL.M. and Ph.D. examination frameworks, and research methodology training. He regularly prepares advanced study materials, question papers, and research-oriented manuscripts adhering to international citation standards, including OSCOLA. His work reflects a strong focus on linking statutory interpretation, case law analysis, and policy reforms with contemporary economic and technological developments.
