Experience
She is a seasoned legal academician with a total work experience over 17 years of experience in academia, industry engagement, and policy research.
Her teaching and research area include Intellectual Property Rights, Information Technology Law, AI Governance, and Innovation Policy. She has been associated with Amity Law School Noida, for over a decade and is currently at the submission stage of her PhD, which examines social media regulation and free speech frameworks, contributing to contemporary debates on digital governance and regulatory systems.
She has represented India at prominent international forums, including the WIPO–WTO IP Teachers’ Colloquium at the University of Cape Town and IPIRA Conferences at NTU Singapore and IIUM Malaysia.
She is a frequent invited speaker at leading academic institutions and regularly participates in government and industry platforms on IP and IT Law. She has edited two books endorsed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, published extensively in SCOPUS, Web of Science, and UGC CARE indexed journals, supervised more than 200 UG and PG research projects, and actively strengthened industry–academia linkages through her role as Placement mentor in the Corporate Resource Centre.
