She has completed her Masters and Doctorate from Amity University, Noida. She has a good legal and teaching experience along with a commitment to student development. She is passionate about contributing in the education sector that addresses the diverse interests and needs of students. She has numerous students as research scholars under her guidance.
Dr. Smita Tyagi has got the opportunity to visit and lecture at various law schools in India. She has attended several national and international conferences, seminars and symposiums in India. She has also organized numerous national seminars/conferences and international events. She has also presided sessions in various national and international seminars and conferences.
