Experience
Dr Meenu Sharma is an assistant professor of law, currently working with Amity law school, Noida for the past 10 years. Moreover, she has practiced high court under senior advocate Ramakant Kashyap for one year before devoting herself to the academic field.
She completed her Bachelor of Law in 2012 from amity university, Uttar Pradesh, and her Master of Law in business in the year 2014 from amity university as well. She is currently pursuing the course of company secretary (executive).
She has presented numerous papers at national and international conferences. She has published a paper in a reputed Scopus journal and a web of scientific journals as well as UGC. She has been the esteemed judge of many national moot court competitions.
She has been awarded the best student presenter for presenting the paper titled Corporate Personality: A Critical Analysis in Relation enforcement of Punishments in the One Day National E-Conference on "FINANCIAL AND CORPORATE FRAUDS" organized by the Centre for Banking and Finance of Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad on 27/03/2021.
