Experience
Vaijayanti Banerjee is an Assistant Professor with over a decade of experience in higher education and an alumna of the University of Delhi. Her teaching and research interests lie at the intersection of gender, Partition studies, legal history, and public policy, with a particular focus on how large-scale political and social ruptures shape legal institutions, identities, and lived experiences.
She has published in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences. She has taught various undergraduate courses, mentored students, and contributed to curriculum development and academic administration.
In addition to teaching and research, she is actively involved in mentoring, academic advising, and initiatives related to learning and development and digital education.
