    Nineteen years of experience in field of Literature and Communication, which began from NIIT Allahabad then KIET Group of Institutions and currently working in Amity University, Noida. Diligently conducted several workshops of Personality Development and Soft Skills to aware the students to become smart communicator and organised international conference in webinars. Attended workshops of IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, Infosys and Cambridge related to literature and communication. The area of specialization is Diaspora, Indian Writing in English, Gender Studies, Communication. Awarded PhD degree from Central University- University of Allahabad on the topic: The Native and The Global Mind: A Comparative Study of Salman Rushdie and Vikram Seth. Published Nine papers in journal of repute and three papers in UGC Approved journal and three Scopus publications. Published interview in the magazine of acclaim related to schools and colleges. Even published one chapter each in five separate books of national and international acclaim. Also presented twelve papers at International Conference and three in National Conference. Guided two M Phil Scholars and guiding three PhD scholars. She is the reviewer for International Journal of Literature and Arts, Science Publishing Group, USA
