As an educator and researcher for over two decades, I have been committed to improving students' academic and professional lives inside and outside the classroom. My research areas include gender studies, child issues, and work-life balance. Actively working in many academic and non-academic pursuits at Amity Law School, Noida. Worked as a program leader, orientation coordinator, and mentoring program coordinator-institutional (MPC).
In addition to being actively engaged in academic activities, I work as a cultural convenor-institutional, enthusiastically engaging students in extracurricular activities and bridging the gap between academia and culture. I have also conducted many micro-level workshops on social issues, including hygiene, menstrual awareness, eating habits, and personal hygiene. The workshops not only used teaching and learning methods to communicate but also employed visual methods to emphasize the importance of maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness among teenage children.
