Experience
Prof. (Dr.). Ajai Kumar Jain is the Professor and Director of Amity Institute of Public Health and Hospital Administration. He is the Chairman of the many Institutional Committees like Institutional Board of Studies, DRC, AAB, Proac, SRC and NTCC committees etc. Prior to joining amity, he was heading the department of Hospital Administration at Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences, Symbiosis International University, Pune. He was head of the department in CCS University, Meerut for more than 02 years. Before that he served in the best university of central India, Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidhyalaya for more than a decade as a regular Faculty and programe coordinator in Institute of Management Studies Khandwa Road, Indore. Prof. (Dr.). Ajai Kumar Jain has an experience of twenty years of research, teaching & administration in public and private Indian Universities. He exhibits a rare combination of MBBS doctor with doctorate (PhD) in management (Healthcare Economics). FIVE scholars have been awarded PhD degrees under his supervisorship. Eight more PhD Scholars are registered under him. He has guided hundreds of UG / PG minor and major projects. He has been a PhD examiner and examined PhD theses and taken PhD Viva. He has been nominated by Honorable Vice Chancellor on panel for Inspections for affiliations in many management colleges and in selection Boards for appointments of faculties in Private colleges as a panel member from university. Has been associated with MSME for expert lectures on management and healthcare accreditations.
Research Papers-He has published more than 50 research papers and chapters in books in UGC listed & Scopus indexed Journals.
Books publishing--He has published 3 books on health management, project management, Health Gadgets and Apps. The last book is also available on Amazon and Flipcart websites. Has been a member of selection Committee in few Universities.
New Programs-He has been instrumental in introducing three new programs of hospital management in CCS University, Meerut during 2017-2019.
Presently he is also a NABH Assessor and a certified NQAS medical professional
He has been chairing the sessions in conferences from time to time as an expert.
He has Professional Associations as--Member of All India Management Association, New Delhi, Life Member Of Academy Of Hospital Administration, Noida etc.
He was recognized as the Best Professor of the year 2019 (Hospital Management) by Six Sigma Healthcare, New Delhi.
