Experience
Dr. Ashmika Agrawal is an Assistant Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida. She holds a PhD in Intellectual Property Rights from Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla. She completed her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights and Business Laws from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with specialization in Energy Laws from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. She is also UGC NET qualified.
Research Interests
Her research focuses on intellectual property rights, technology law, and emerging legal challenges relating to artificial intelligence and AI-generated works. She has presented papers at national and international conferences and has received Best Paper Awards for her research contributions in the field of intellectual property law.
Professional Activities
She has published research articles and book chapters on Intellectual Property, Environmental law, and Emerging Technologies.
Other Achievements
She has also completed International certification courses including programs on International Humanitarian Law and Climate Change and Health offered by Oxford University and CUHK, and a certification course on CITES.
