Experience
Dr. Pradeep Kumar Mehta holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bengaluru; an M.Phil. in Planning and Development from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay; and M.A. and B.A. (Honours) degrees in Economics from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He currently teaches Economics at Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida.
A development specialist, Dr. Mehta has over a decade of experience with the Sehgal Foundation, where he has led and contributed to the evaluation of development programmes across water, agriculture, governance, and education sectors. His core areas of expertise include rural development, agriculture, climate change, gender, water resources, and impact evaluation. He has published extensively in reputed national and international journals.
