    Possesses more than four years of research experience and over two years of teaching experience. Also served as a Visiting Researcher at the Kyushu Institute of Technology, Fukuoka, Japan, where work was carried out on device fabrication in advanced clean-room facilities.

  • Research Interests
    Spintronics and magnetic thin films; interfacial magnetism in multilayers and heterostructures; spin transport and spin–orbit phenomena; development of low-damping magnetic materials for next-generation spintronic devices; structural and magnetic characterization using advanced techniques such as X-ray reflectivity/diffraction, magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE), and polarized neutron reflectivity; synchrotron- and neutron-based investigations of nanoscale magnetic systems; thin-film growth and device fabrication in clean-room environments for spintronic and magnetic sensing applications.
  • Teaching Interests
    Engineering Physics and Basic Physics at the undergraduate level, with an emphasis on fundamental concepts relevant to modern condensed matter physics, spintronics, and magnetic materials. Specialized undergraduate courses include Thin Film Physics, Mathematical Physics, and introductory topics in magnetism and spin-based phenomena.

    At the postgraduate level, teaching interests include Solid State Physics, Non-Crystalline Materials, Thin Film Physics, Spintronics and Magnetic Materials, and Advanced Materials Characterization Techniques.

    At the Ph.D. coursework level, teaching interests include Vacuum Science and Technology, Thin Film Deposition and Growth Techniques, Synchrotron and Neutron-based Experimental Methods, and Advanced Experimental Techniques for investigating spintronic and magnetic materials.

    Selected for a Postdoctoral Research position at the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Tsukuba, Japan, a premier international research institute, to work on advanced materials for neuromorphic computing applications. Also holds professional membership of the European Magnetism Association (EMA).
