Dr. Vinayaka Srivastava is a legal academic and researcher with over 9 years of experience in higher education. She holds an LL.M. and completed her Ph.D. in Law, with doctoral research focusing on the socio-legal dimensions of marital rape, gender justice, and criminal law in India.
She has taught core law subjects including Family Law, Labour and Industrial Law, Contract Law, Administrative Law, Media Law, Women laws and Public Policy. Her research interests include criminal law, gender justice, human rights, and law and technology, and she has published in reputed national and Scopus-indexed journals. She is a recipient of the Best Teacher Award and actively engages in academic research and professional development.
